Job Description

- B.Sc. / BCA (2025 or 2026 pass-outs)
- No prior experience required

Role Overview Provide first-level IT support to users, assist with device setup, basic troubleshooting, IT asset management, and workplace technology support.

Key Responsibilities

- Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues




- Assist with user onboarding and device provisioning
- Log and track support tickets
- Maintain IT asset inventory
- Provide professional end-user support
