Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Job Summary

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to deliver new implementations and support ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a go-getter attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision, provide best-practice recommendations, and contribute to ERP practice building.

Responsibilities

- Understand current business operations and finance processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Finalize solution footprints and prepare Fit-Gap Analysis documentation for integrations.
- Configure Oracle EBS Financial modules based on business requirements.
- Handle data migration for Payables, Assets, and GL Trial Balances using FBDI and ADF templates.
- Develop financial reports using Financial Reporting Studio.
- Work with technical and integration teams on interfaces, transaction flows, and reconciliation.
- Conduct CRP1, CRP2, and UAT.
- Prepare setup documents, functional design documents, and test scripts.
- Support Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance implementations and ongoing support activities.
- Contribute to ERP practice building and provide best-practice recommendations.

Required Skills





- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance.
- Experience as an independent consultant handling requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and client demonstrations.
- Strong experience across AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Project Accounting, Tax, and UAE VAT.
- Experience with both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
- End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance.
- Hands-on experience with data migration.
- Strong understanding of integrations between Oracle Finance, third-party systems, and SAP.
- Experience with interface design, transaction flows, reconciliation, and end-to-end accounting validation.
- Ability to work closely with technical and integration teams to analyze and resolve issues.
- Experience with Supply Chain modules is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable to Have

- Oracle Implementation Certification.
- Strong Oracle Fusion Finance Functional experience.

We Are Not Looking For Someone Who

- Has never worked directly with clients.
- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS Finance experience.
- Has no end-to-end implementation experience.
- Has limited Oracle Fusion Finance exposure.
- Requires continuous supervision to manage functional activities.
