Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Job Summary

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to support new implementations, ongoing projects, and ERP practice-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a go-getter attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision and provide best-practice recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Understand current business operations and finance processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Finalize solution footprints and prepare Fit-Gap Analysis documentation for integrations.
- Configure Oracle EBS Financial modules based on business requirements.
- Handle data migration for Payables, Assets, and GL Trial Balances using FBDI and ADF templates.
- Develop financial reports using Financial Reporting Studio.
- Work with technical and integration teams on interfaces, transaction flows, and reconciliation.
- Conduct CRP1, CRP2, and UAT.
- Prepare setup documents, functional design documents, and test scripts.
- Provide functional support for Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance modules.




- Contribute to ERP practice building and provide best-practice recommendations.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance.
- Strong experience across AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Project Accounting, Tax, Dubai VAT, and AGIS.
- End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance.
- Hands-on experience with data migration.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and client demonstrations.
- Solid understanding of integrations between Oracle Finance and third-party systems/SAP.
- Experience with interface design, transaction flows, reconciliation, and end-to-end accounting validation.
- Ability to work closely with technical and integration teams to analyze and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in Supply Chain modules is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Oracle Implementation Certification.

- Has never worked directly with clients.
- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS Finance experience.
- Has no end-to-end implementation experience.
- Requires continuous supervision to manage functional activities.
