Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Manager role based in Jublilee Hills. The individual in this position will manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-installation support. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer queries, coordinating with engineering and service teams, tracking project timelines, and ensuring clear communication and updates to clients. The role also involves handling escalations, gathering customer feedback, maintaining CRM records, and identifying opportunities for service improvements or additional solutions.



The Customer Relationship Manager will work closely with sales and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience and long-term client retention.
Qualifications

- Customer service and relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle escalations professionally.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in spoken and written English and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Organizational and coordination skills, such as task prioritization, follow-up management, and maintaining accurate customer and project records.
- Basic business and sales support skills, including understanding customer needs, identifying upsell opportunities, and supporting proposal or contract discussions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer databases and comfort working with digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Shaikpet, engage directly with clients, and coordinate with local operations and service teams.
- Experience in elevator, construction, real estate, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
