Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Developer – Finance & SCM

Job Summary

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Technical Developer with robust expertise in Oracle Finance and SCM modules. The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Oracle E-Business Suite R12 solutions using Oracle technical development tools.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle EBS R12 Finance and SCM solutions.
- Customize and extend Oracle applications using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF, and related tools.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle Finance, SCM, and other systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and manage service requests.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Perform application and database performance tuning and optimization.
- Assist with Oracle EBS upgrades and patches related to Finance and SCM modules.
- Train end users and technical support teams on Oracle Finance and SCM functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective Oracle solutions.

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Developer with Oracle EBS R12.




- Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Form Personalization, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Unix Shell Scripting, XML Publisher, and OAF.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 AP, AR, GL, OM, PO, and INV modules.
- Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and optimization.
- Experience developing and maintaining Oracle interfaces and integrations.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.

Good to Have

- Oracle EBS Technical Certification.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with OBIEE or other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes.
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Project management experience in Oracle development projects.

We Are Not Looking For Someone Who

- Has never worked directly with clients.
- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Technical development experience.
- Has limited experience with Oracle Finance and SCM modules.
- Is not comfortable working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
