About The Role

Our client, the fastest-growing advertising agency in Canada, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent work-from-home position, offering the flexibility of work from home with a shift from 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. The role involves managing client accounts, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of measurable results that enhance client ROI. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and web development.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management within a digital marketing agency are preferred. A solid understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Teamwork, or Basecamp will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Account Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and long-term relationships.
- Gain a thorough understanding of client requirements, business objectives,



and challenges to tailor digital marketing strategies accordingly.
- Present campaign plans, performance reports, and updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Address client inquiries promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Project Management

- Manage the end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and web development.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, content, design, SEO, paid advertising, and development to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Document client requirements, project scope, deliverables, and timelines meticulously.

Strategic & Operational Support

- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to bring innovative ideas and strategies to client campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practices, meet quality standards, and align with client goals.
- Support internal process improvements to enhance client servicing efficiency and operational effectiveness.
