Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Google Ads Executive. The Google Ads Executive will plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube to meet client acquisition and revenue goals. Typical responsibilities include keyword research, audience targeting, bid and budget management, ad copy creation, and performance analysis using platforms such as Google Ads and GA4. The role involves monitoring KPIs, preparing clear reports, recommending data-driven optimizations,



and collaborating with account managers and other marketing specialists to align paid campaigns with broader performance marketing strategies. The Google Ads Executive will also contribute to testing new campaign structures, experimenting with creatives, and staying current with Google Ads and SEM best practices.
Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and familiarity with SEM best practices.
- Experience with performance marketing, PPC management, and conversion rate optimization, including landing page optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms, and translate insights into actions.
- Skills in digital marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, funnel design, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating effective ad copy and presenting campaign results to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous agency experience or managing multiple client accounts is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Google Ads or related digital marketing certifications are a plus.
