About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of our entire technology stack. This role offers an exciting prospect to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions that power our automation platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting scalable backend services, crafting intuitive frontend interfaces, managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, and deploying AI agents that perform operational tasks autonomously. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and reliability of our systems, ensuring seamless experiences for our users and operational teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation, AI, and cloud technologies, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready applications.

Qualifications





To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong background in full-stack development with proven experience in building and maintaining complex applications. Hands-on experience with appointment booking systems, form automation, and AI-powered operational tools is essential. You should have a solid understanding of browser automation challenges such as dynamic layouts, session management, and workflow interruptions. Experience deploying Large Language Model (LLM) agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines is highly desirable. Proficiency with AWS services, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting, is required. Familiarity with tools like Cursor for code review, GitHub for version control, and CI/CD pipelines is expected. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Design and implement appointment-booking bots capable of monitoring availability, handling retries, managing session expiry, and confirming bookings in real-time.
- Develop application-filling bots that navigate multi-step forms, verify entered information, upload documents, validate fields, and track submission status.
- Create AI agents utilizing our knowledge documents, browsing websites,



integrating with various tools, and executing operational tasks with appropriate review and human handoffs.
- Build and maintain polished Next.js interfaces, ensuring seamless API integration, database management, and background service operation.
- Make informed architecture decisions on AWS to optimize system reliability, security, cost-efficiency, and failure recovery.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, set up monitoring and alerting systems, and ensure system stability and performance post-launch.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and documentation to uphold best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
