Key Responsibilities

- Oversee Internal Audit Operations: Manage the internal audit team and ensure effective execution of day-to-day activities at Yashoda Hospitals.
- Audit Planning and Execution: Plan and perform thorough operational and financial audits to assess the effectiveness of controls and processes.
- Identify and Evaluate Risks: Identify business process risks and develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document audit findings, develop recommendations, and present results to senior management at Yashoda Hospitals.
- Team Development: Formulate and implement professional development plans for junior staff members to foster growth.
- Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of skills and schedules.
- Conflict Resolution:



Manage conflicts effectively and maintain team morale through constructive solutions.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
- Report Generation: Produce detailed reports highlighting problems and suggesting solutions to improve processes.

- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate is eligible for the Manager - Internal Audit position at Yashoda Hospitals.
- Experience: 6 - 7 years of experience in internal auditing or a related role.
