Position: Functional Consultant

Job Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Gather requirements from clients and prepare functional specifications.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Configure and support business applications based on client requirements.
Prepare process flows, functional documentation, and user guides.
Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue validation.
Provide training and support to end users.
Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams throughout the implementation process.
Identify and resolve functional issues in a timely manner.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills




Solid understanding of business processes and functional analysis.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and provide practical solutions.
Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM or enterprise software is an advantage.
Good documentation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
Experience in ERP, CRM, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar business applications is preferred.
Candidates with strong functional knowledge and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
