Spinta Digital is looking for a Social Media Manager who can combine strategy, content thinking and client management to build high-performing social media brands.

What you will do

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Own content calendars, content pillars, campaigns and platform-specific ideas.
- Work closely with copywriters, designers and video teams to deliver quality content.
- Stay on top of trends, formats, creators and platform updates.
- Manage client communication, presentations and feedback.
- Analyse social media performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Track metrics such as reach, engagement, shares, saves, video performance and follower growth.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team on paid + organic social campaigns.
- Identify recent opportunities to grow engagement,



communities and brand presence.

What we are looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in social media, preferably in a digital/creative agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Excellent content ideation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Reels and short-form video.
- Comfortable with analytics, reporting and performance-driven decision making.
- Good client-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines independently.
- Someone who is strategic, proactive, curious and obsessed with what's happening in social media.
