Role Description The Assurance Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the team member will assist in planning and performing assurance and audit engagements, including reviewing financial statements, testing controls, and validating accounting records. The position involves analyzing financial data, documenting findings, preparing working papers, and contributing to reports and recommendations for clients. The Assurance Associate will collaborate with senior team members, interact with client personnel, and help ensure assignments comply with professional standards and firm methodologies.



The role also includes staying current with relevant accounting and assurance regulations and contributing to continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant standards.
- Experience working with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and analysis.
- Auditing skills, including understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and evidence-based testing.
- Analytical skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and draw logical, well-supported conclusions.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software, along with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact professionally with clients.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and to handle multiple engagements and deadlines in a structured manner.
