Role Description The Pre Sales Technical Consultant Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by understanding prospective client needs, demonstrating Crio.Do's products, and explaining technical features in a clear and accessible manner. Daily tasks include assisting with solution presentations, preparing technical documentation and demos, responding to technical queries, and coordinating with product and support teams to address client requirements. The role also involves gathering feedback from potential customers,



contributing to proposals, and helping ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales engagement to onboarding.
Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to understand customer requirements, interpret data, and propose suitable solutions.
- Consulting and Sales skills to engage with prospective clients, identify opportunities, and support solution-based selling.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to resolve product-related queries, reproduce issues, and collaborate on fixes.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of software products or technology platforms; prior exposure to edtech or SaaS is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple pre-sales engagements simultaneously.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
