Role Description The KYC Executive role at Market Hub is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The KYC Executive will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and updating client documents and information in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting due diligence checks, validating identity and address proofs, and ensuring timely account opening and maintenance. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve documentation queries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting audits and regulatory reporting.



The KYC Executive will also contribute to process improvements and uphold high standards of data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing documents, identifying discrepancies, and performing due diligence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Foundational knowledge of finance and financial markets, with an understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and work accurately under time-sensitive conditions.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and KYC/CRM systems; comfort with handling digital documentation and data entry.
- Relevant experience in KYC, compliance, banking, broking, or financial services is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is advantageous; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
