Solid technical knowledge of GST laws and regulations. Handle GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B and Annual GST Returns. Perform Input Tax Credit (ITC) and Output GST reconciliation with books of accounts. Handle and coordinate GST audits. Draft replies to GST notices and appear before the assessing authorities, when required. Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance. Basic knowledge of Service Tax, VAT, CST, Entry Tax and Professional Tax. Review existing business transactions and suggest necessary GST-related process improvements. Review GST returns and ensure accuracy before filing. Respond to business queries related to GST. Review and validate business contracts from a GST perspective. Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
