Role Description The Operations Maintenance Manager is a full-time, Office role based in the Pune Division. This role oversees daily operations and maintenance activities for solar installations, ensuring optimal plant performance, safety, and reliability. Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating site teams and contractors, monitoring system performance, and implementing operational improvements. The Operations Maintenance Manager will manage schedules, resources, and documentation, respond to customer inquiries and service requests, and support project execution in coordination with engineering and project management teams. The role also involves enforcing compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards,



and preparing regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on Maintenance experience with electrical and solar PV systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Proficiency in Project Management for coordinating maintenance activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Effective Team Management capabilities for supervising technicians, contractors, and cross-functional collaborators.
- Customer Service skills to handle client communications, service requests, and issue resolution professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent relevant experience in solar or power sector.
- Knowledge of solar plant operations, safety standards, and relevant electrical codes and regulations.
- Ability to use monitoring tools, maintenance management systems, and basic data analysis for performance tracking.
- Robust problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in field conditions.
- Experience in renewable energy, especially utility-scale or commercial solar projects, is highly preferred.
