Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Marketing and Customer Engagement Executive. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote JBBR Group's residential and commercial projects, both online and offline. The executive will manage customer interactions, respond to inquiries, provide project information, and support potential buyers through the decision-making process.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating promotional events, maintaining relationships with channel partners and brokers, collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and preparing marketing reports and presentations. The role also requires close collaboration with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Marketing MIS & Reporting

- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly Marketing MIS.

- Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, campaigns, sources and conversions.

- Monitor comments, messages and DMs received on social media platforms.

- Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly.

- Ensure no customer enquiry or message remains unattended.

- Forward qualified leads/enquiries to the concerned sales team.

- Maintain records of enquiries received through social media.

- Track response time and follow-up status
