Role: D365 Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring a D365 Infrastructure Engineer to manage platform administration, Azure infrastructure, DevOps, and security for Dynamics 365 environments, supporting ongoing AMS engagements with strong operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 platform environments (sandbox, production, and non-production).
- Manage Azure infrastructure supporting D365 workloads, including provisioning and monitoring.
- Own DevOps pipelines for build, release, and deployment automation across environments.
- Implement and monitor security controls, access management, and compliance requirements.
- Provide operational support, troubleshooting,



and performance tuning for D365 infrastructure.
- Support change management and release management activities for infrastructure changes.

Must-Have Skills

- Robust experience in Dynamics 365 platform administration.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure infrastructure, DevOps, security, and operational support.

Good-to-Have Skills

- AMS project handling experience, including enhancement, change management, and release management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure or Dynamics 365 certifications.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of relevant experience in D365/Azure infrastructure and operations.
