- 3. Treatment Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

- 4. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products, treatments, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to guests.

- 5. Safety and Hygiene:



Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and protected environment for guests and colleagues.

- 6. Teamwork: Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
