Key Responsibilities
Solution Implementation & Configuration
- Lead the full JAGGAER implementation lifecycle for indirect procurement modules, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Translate client business requirements into solution configurations that meet agreed scope, quality, and project timelines. - Configure JAGGAER applications (e.g., approval workflows, user roles, sourcing templates, supplier portals) in line with best practices.
Requirements Gathering & Client Engagement
- Lead and participate in on-site and remote requirement-gathering sessions, client workshops, and business process mapping. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building robust relationships with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and IT. - Facilitate solution unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Documentation & Project Controls
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including configuration notes, process flows, test scripts, and training materials. - Manage project controls including budget vs. actual for project hours, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment. - Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, including scope challenges, software issues, and project delays.
Change Management & Training




- Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to ensure adoption and effective utilization of the JAGGAER platform. - Support change order discussions by identifying potential scope changes and communicating them via the change order process. - Ensure a seamless transition from Implementation to Customer Support post-go-live.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
- 3+ years of business experience with at least 2+ years of demonstrated experience in application implementations. - Deep understanding of indirect procurement processes, including eProcurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management. - Experience implementing SaaS software solutions or ERPs with systems integration is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Ability to write custom reports and produce documentation supporting configuration changes. - Familiarity with integration concepts (Web Services, REST, SOAP, XML, SQL, and database management) is a plus. - Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with process modeling tools is desirable.
Soft Skills & Languages
- Fluent in English (written and verbal). - Strong project management, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
