- Hands on experience in development and delivery of multiple projects using RPA tools such as Blue Prism
- Implement RPA solutions using industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor multiple developers in delivering RPA projects for customers.
- Lead the setup of the development, testing, and production environments for Lateetud and Client Organizations and work very closely with Lateetud’s automation consultants and Project Manager.
- Provide input and support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and Proof-of-Technology (PoT) exercises for acquiring current customers.
Requirements
Skills Required:
· 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Software Products and/or IT Services space. High level of Proficiency in English communication is mandatory. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Team Lead
· Hands on experience in installation, configuration, and administration of RPA platforms like Blue Prism is highly essential.
· Certification by Blue Prism is desirable.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and has demonstrated ability to multi-task while taking care of diverse responsibilities.
· Proven experience of successfully delivering high quality solutions in high pressure, structured environments.
· Should have led a team of 3-5 consultants and should be able to demonstrate ability to scale at accelerated pace.
