US Non-IT & Engineering Recruiter
with hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment.
Prior Engineering recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
Candidates with a combination of Engineering and broader non-IT recruiting experience are preferred. Key Responsibilities Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer and placement. Recruit for US
Engineering and Non-IT requirements , with the ability to understand technical job requirements and identify qualified candidates. Experience recruiting for
Civil, Structural, Electrical, Utility, Construction, Transportation, or similar Engineering roles




is strongly preferred. Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, networking, references and other channels. Maintain candidate pipelines, submissions, interview updates and recruitment trackers. Work closely with Team Leads, Account Managers and clients to meet submission, interview and placement targets. Requirements 2–4 years of US Staffing/Recruitment experience. Engineering recruitment experience is strongly preferred. Good understanding of US recruitment processes and tax terms. Experience with ATS platforms such as
Bullhorn, Job Diva or similar . Robust sourcing, screening, communication and follow-up skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Self-motivated and target oriented. What We Offer
