Key Responsibilities:

- Manage library operations, including cataloging, circulation, and maintenance of library resources.

- Provide guidance and support to students and educators in utilizing library resources effectively.
- Organize and conduct library programs, workshops, and events that enhance literacy and information skills.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into the curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to library usage and activities.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the educational environment by continuously improving library services.





Team Collaboration: You will work closely with educators, administrators, and support staff to create a cohesive learning environment that values knowledge and encourages lifelong learning.

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Education, or related field.

Experience Requirements:

- 3-7 years of experience in a library setting, preferably within an educational institution.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in library management systems and digital resources.
- Knowledge of cataloging and classification standards.

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and record management abilities.
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing educational needs.

Certifications:

- Professional certification in library science (e.g., MLIS) is a plus but not mandatory.
