Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, coordinate with contractors, and complete projects safely and within the planned timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and monitor civil construction activities.- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project documentation.- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and site teams.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.- Check quantities, materials, measurements,



and workmanship.- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.- Maintain project records and documentation.- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering.- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.- Good communication and coordination skills.- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.- Robust problem-solving and site-management abilities.

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
