Required Technical Skill Set – Service Now ITAM/HAM/SAM
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and customize ITAM modules (HAM & SAM Pro) on Service Now
- Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, inventory, deployment, and retirement
- Configure software license management, compliance tracking, and normalization
- Develop solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
- Integrate Service Now with procurement systems, discovery tools, and third-party vendors
- Work with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation
- Build reports and dashboards for asset visibility, compliance, and optimization

Experience Range: 5-12 Years
