- ERP HCM Technology Consultant -Peoplesoft

/n

Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.

/n

- Understand the core Peoplesoft HCM process

/n

- Design, Development and Unit Testing of Enhancements in People Soft HCM.

/n

- Create and modify Components, File Layouts, Pages, Records, Fields, Process Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists as per requirements.

/n

- Create new reports, Interfaces (SQR/Application Engine), BI Publisher as per the requirements.

/n

- Basic Functional knowledge of following module Core HCM , Absence Management, Global Payroll Core, Talent Acquisition Management, Time and Labour

/n

- Prepare technical design.

/n





- Perform peer code review.

/n

/n

Essential Skills

/n

/n

- 5+ years of experience in handling support issues

/n

- Proficient in People Tools - Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Security Administrator, Data Mover, Workflow, PS Query, PS Job Processes, Data Migration Activity

/n

- Good understanding Peoplesoft HCM

/n

- Reporting tools like SQR, BI Publisher

/n

- Self-driven, ability to work independently

/n

- Transparent communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders

/n
