Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Intern to join our culinary team at Belle Patisserie.

What You'll Do
/n

- Assist chefs with mise-en-place and food preparation
/n
- Support daily kitchen and catering production
/n
- Learn professional cooking techniques, recipes and kitchen systems
/n
- Assist with events and live counters when required
/n
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
/n
- Participate in new dish and recipe trials
/n
/n
Who We're Looking For
/n
/n
- Culinary Arts / Hotel Management students or recent graduates
/n
- Passionate about food and eager to learn
/n
- Hardworking, disciplined and comfortable in a rapid-paced kitchen
/n
- Positive attitude and strong team player
/n
/n
Hands-on exposure across catering, events, production and menu development.
