Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and contribute effectively to project deliverables.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java technologies.
Develop robust and effective solutions leveraging Collections Framework, Multithreading, and Networking concepts.




Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand and implement business requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software quality guidelines.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing application stability and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Java, including Collections, Spring boot and Multithreading.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Experience in developing scalable and high-performance Java applications.
Knowledge of application performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.

Familiarity with software development, lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Good To Have Skills: Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and relevant domain knowledge.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5.5 years of experience in Core Java development.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.

Experience with Spring and Spring Boot will be an added advantage.
