We're looking for a strong sales closer who enjoys consultative selling, handling objections, following up, and closing deals.

As a high-ticket closer, you will be responsible for converting warm, inbound leads into enrolled customers for Global EXIM Institute's training programs. Prospects enter the sales funnel after attending a paid webinar, and your role is to understand their business goals, address their concerns, and guide them toward the right program.

You will manage the complete sales cycle—from consultation and follow-ups to enrollment—while maintaining robust relationships with prospects and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Success in this role depends on consistent follow-up, effective objection handling, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Your role:

- Speak with warm inbound prospects




- Understand their goals and requirements
- Handle objections and recommend the right program
- Follow up and close enrollments
- Maintain your pipeline and hit monthly targets

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 1–2 years of experience in high-ticket sales, EdTech, coaching, consulting, or training
- Knows how basic export-import trade works
- Has excellent spoken English
- Is confident with objections, follow-ups, and closing
- Is comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
- Is disciplined, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely

Compensation

- Fixed: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month
- Performance-based incentives
