About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and product-minded UI/UX Designer to work with us on an upcoming digital product.

We are not looking for someone who only creates visually attractive screens. We need a designer who can understand the complete product journey , identify gaps in workflows , simplify complex user experiences and translate business requirements into intuitive, modern and scalable designs.

The ideal candidate should combine strong UI/UX design skills with product thinking and be comfortable working closely with Founders, Product, Technology and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities: Understand business and product requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.

Create complete end-to-end user journeys and product flows.
Develop wireframes, information architecture and interactive prototypes.
Design clean, modern and intuitive mobile-first interfaces.
Create high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Design complete application flows instead of working only on individual screens.
Identify missing steps, usability issues and gaps within product workflows.
Suggest improvements to user journeys based on usability and product logic.
Work closely with Founders and Product stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure designs are practical and implementation-ready.
Clearly define screen states, interactions and user behaviour.
Design empty states, error states, success states, loading states and edge-case scenarios.
Maintain design consistency across the product.
Build and maintain reusable components and a scalable Design System.
Create responsive layouts wherever required.
Review implemented screens and coordinate with developers for design corrections.

Continuously improve the product experience based on feedback and evolving requirements.

Product Thinking Expectations:



The candidate should have an understanding of product management and should be able to think beyond UI design.

We prefer someone who can: Understand the purpose behind a feature before designing it.

Think from both user and business perspectives.
Design complete user journeys, not just individual screens.
Identify gaps, edge cases and usability issues in product flows.
Ask the right questions when requirements are unclear.
Suggest simpler and more effective product experiences.
Understand basic product concepts such as user stories, use cases and feature prioritisation.

Collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.

Engagement Model: This is a contractual / project-based opportunity .

The selected designer will initially work with us on an upcoming digital product and may have the chance to work with us on additional product requirements based on performance and project needs.

We are open to candidates with 1–2 years of experience if they demonstrate strong product thinking, creativity, UI/UX fundamentals and design skills .

For us, the quality of thinking and portfolio matters more than the number of years of experience. Candidates who can understand user problems, create thoughtful product flows and design intuitive experiences will be strongly preferred.
