Job Description Strategic HR & Culture Management * High-Performance Work Culture: Design and implement initiatives to drive a performance-
driven culture aligned with the group's aggressive business growth and expansion objectives.* HR Policies: Formulate, review, and standardize group-wide HR policies, ensuring they cater
effectively to both white-collar corporate teams and blue-collar plant workforces.
* Attrition & Retention Management: Analyze turnover trends across different business
segments, diagnose root causes, and deploy robust Retention Strategies to minimize talent
drainage.
* Employee Engagement: Design and execute impactful engagement calendars to boost
morale, motivation, and corporate-plant synergy across both brands. 2. Core Operations & Talent Acquisition
* Recruitment Management: Oversee full-cycle recruitment for critical, technical, corporate,
and leadership roles across both Prominance and Homworks.
* Payroll & MIS Management: Supervise the timely and accurate processing of payroll.Maintain and analyze comprehensive Employee MIS Reports to aid group leadership in data-

driven decision-making.* New Projects Coordination: Act as the HR partner for expansion plans, managing workforce
planning, organizational design, and onboarding coordination for new manufacturing units or
upcoming interior showrooms.
3. Industrial Relations & Contract Labour Management * Statutory Compliances Management: Ensure 100% compliance with all central and state
labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, and local commercial
regulations).
* Contract Labour (CL) Arrangements: Source, negotiate with, and manage relations with




third-party labor contractors to meet fluctuating production demands.
* CL Manpower Streamlining: Optimize contract labor deployment, tracking productivity, and
maintaining rigorous compliance under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act. 4. Admin, Safety & Facility Management
* Safety & Security Management: Partner with plant safety officers to enforce workplace
health and safety protocols. Overlook the security team to secure plant premises and retail
showrooms.
* Canteen Management: Supervise workplace and factory canteen operations, ensuring food
quality, strict hygiene standards, and subsidized cost controls.
* Insurance Management: Manage group health, accident, and workmen compensation
insurance policies, handling vendor negotiations and claim settlements.
* Public Relations (PR): Maintain solid, positive relationships with local government bodies,
labor departments, community leaders, and external stakeholders. Key Requirements & Qualifications
* Education: MBA in HR, Master's in Social Work (MSW), or a related degree in Personnel
Management / Industrial Relations.
* Experience: 10 to 15+ years of comprehensive HR & Admin experience, with a proven track
record of managing a diverse workforce across manufacturing plants and corporate/retail
setups.
* Legal Expertise: Deep knowledge of Indian Labor Laws, factory compliances, and contract
labor management.
* Skills: Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, sharp negotiation skills, data-driven
mindset, and the ability to operate comfortably in both corporate boardroom and
manufacturing shop-floor environments.
