Job Summary :

This role focuses on driving retail and community marketing initiatives by managing industry partnerships, retail visibility, and on-ground activations. It involves coordinating with retailers, clubs, academies, vendors, and internal teams to execute brand-led campaigns while maintaining Adidas’ brand standards. The role also supports the development of marketing and sales collaterals, gathers customer and market insights, and translates on-ground feedback into actionable marketing strategies and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail & Industry Network Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, clubs, academies, and industry partners.
- Coordinate in-store branding, visibility, and retail-led marketing initiatives.
- Manage distribution, upkeep, and quality of marketing collaterals across retail locations.

Direct Outreach & Community Engagement

- Coordinate and support offline activations, including tournaments, demos, and community events.
- Manage on-ground execution with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Ensure all activations consistently reflect Adidas’ brand standards and experience.

Marketing Collateral & Sales Enablement

- Create and update marketing collaterals across different stages of the customer journey.
- Support development of pitch decks, case studies, and structured partner proposals.
- Customize materials based on brand audits, partner needs, and growth objectives.

Customer Feedback & Market Insights

- Collect structured feedback from retailers, events, and player communities.




- Consolidate insights to inform brand, activation, and retail strategies.
- Share market learnings and on-ground observations with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)

- Bachelor's degree / MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing or related field (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A smart, intrapreneur mindset with a passion for marketing innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to create structured proposals and qualified marketing materials.

Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application):

- Understanding of lead generation, retargeting, sales funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, or structured lead management.
- Exposure to WhatsApp marketing or community-led growth.
