We work with startups and businesses to design, build and scale high-quality software products.Who are you?You are a proactive and articulate business development professional who enjoys finding the right companies, reaching out to decision-makers and starting meaningful conversations. You are comfortable researching businesses, understanding their needs and selling software development services to international clients.Your roles and responsibilities- Identify and research potential clients in the US and other international markets- Find and reach out to founders, CTOs, product leaders and other decision-makers- Run outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn and other channels- Personalise outreach based on the company and its product- Follow up with prospects and build relationships over time- Qualify opportunities before handing them over for deeper discussions- Maintain leads, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM- Experiment with messaging,



industries and outreach strategies- Work directly with the founders to improve the sales processYou should have- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development- Experience selling software services, SaaS, IT services or technology solutions- Experience reaching out to clients in the US or international markets- Robust written and spoken English- Good research and communication skills- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot or similar- Comfortable understanding software products and technical businessesYour outstanding skill- Ability to identify good opportunities instead of simply generating more leads- Persistence, communication and a strong figuring-it-out mindsetWhat we offer- Full-time remote role- Competitive fixed salary with performance-based incentives- Opportunity to work directly with the founders- Ownership over building and improving our outbound sales process
