We are looking for a Client Retention Executive who will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with our existing clients and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in follow-ups, and capable of understanding client requirements and coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain regular communication and robust relationships with existing clients.- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients regarding their investments, services, documentation, and requirements.- Understand client concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.- Ensure excellent client experience and improve client retention.- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through relevant financial products and services.- Follow up on SIPs, investments, renewals, documentation, and other client-related activities.- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.- Handle client queries professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp,



and in-person communication.- Proactively contact inactive or at-risk clients and understand their concerns.- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and other departments for smooth client servicing.- Support the team in achieving client retention and relationship-management targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.- Good follow-up and convincing abilities.- Customer-focused attitude.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.- Experience in financial services, mutual funds, insurance, banking, or wealth management will be an advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, telecalling, banking, insurance, mutual funds, or financial services is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication and relationship-building skills may also apply.
