Must Have Skills





- 3+ years of SAP experience with AMS/Support and Rollout Projects.- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS).- Strong knowledge of SAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities.- Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, and Planning Book maintenance.- Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring.- Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO.- Good understanding of customized business processes/templates.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Good communication and customer-facing skills.- Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM.

Good to Have Skills

- Cross-functional integration knowledge with PP, MM, SD, and LE.- Technical knowledge of Debugging, Workflows, and IDocs.- Experience in preparing solution documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.- Exposure to KPI-driven support environments and SLA management.- Experience in end-user support, issue analysis, and continuous process improvement.
