Job Description: Pricing.

Position Overview:

The Pricing Leader will develop and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing decisions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with company goals.- Lead a team of pricing professionals for continuous improvement.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.- Collaborate with finance, sales,



marketing, and product teams.- Drive customer negotiations and optimize pricing agreements.- Monitor and analyze pricing performance to maximize profitability.- Maintain pricing models, tools, and systems.- Provide leadership on pricing best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership.- Experience in IT/ITES industry, especially in pricing leadership roles.- Proven track record in customer negotiations and pricing strategies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Experience with pricing tools and software is preferred.

- Understanding of global markets and pricing dynamics.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.- Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving.- Ability to lead complex projects across diverse teams.
