Social Media & Content Creator – ZenQBCompany: ZenQBLocation: Kerala/RemoteJob Type: Part-time / ContractCompensation: ₹7,000–₹12,000 per month initially, depending on experience and scopeAbout ZenQBZenQB is an AI-powered exam preparation platform that helps students practice previous-year questions, generate question papers, and get AI-powered explanations.We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to help us build ZenQB's presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating engaging educational content and understands how to turn product features and student needs into short-form content.What you'll do- Create short-form videos/Reels/Shorts promoting ZenQB and its features.- Develop content ideas around exam preparation, question papers, study tips, and common student challenges.- Create engaging educational posts, stories, and other social media content.- Identify relevant content trends and adapt them appropriately for an education brand.- Manage and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.- Experiment with different hooks, formats, captions, and calls-to-action.- Track basic performance metrics such as views, engagement, clicks, registrations,



and follower growth.- Work directly with the ZenQB team to test new content ideas and campaigns.- Help build awareness and user acquisition for ZenQB through organic social media.What we're looking for- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.- Robust understanding of short-form video content and social media trends.- Good writing and communication skills.- Ability to create compelling hooks, captions, and calls-to-action.- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content-creation tools.- Ability to understand an audience and create content relevant to their interests and needs.- Comfortable working independently and experimenting with different content formats.- Interest in education, technology, AI, or digital products is a plus.Nice to have- Experience with education, EdTech, student-focused, or technology brands.- Basic knowledge of Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, or Google Analytics.- Experience creating UGC-style or talking-head videos.- Familiarity with Malayalam and/or English content is a plus.- Experience growing a social media account organically.Initial engagementWe would like to begin with a paid 7-day trial assignment to evaluate content quality, creativity, communication, and understanding of the ZenQB audience.The initial trial will involve creating a small set of sample social media content and proposing a short content plan.Successful candidates can continue on a monthly part-time/contract engagement.
