IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre is a Technology Business Incubator that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship.We are looking for a full time Marketing and Communications Manager to completely manage and own communications, marketing and content creation activities for the centre.This is an on-site role and the applicant must be willing to relocate to Udaipur. The selected candidate will be offered a 2-year contract.Key responsibilities -- Build and manage the monthly content calendar to enhance visibility of the centre, promote programs and startups- Direct social media channels, email campaigns,



and digital advertising performance.- Create engaging video content on specific topics related to entrepreneurship in vernacular languages- Redesign and manage the websiteRole requirements- Minimum 3-years of experience in marketing, creative writing, content creation and social-media marketing- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication (can be relaxed based on relevant experience)- Strong written and oral skills- Proficiency in social-media campaign management- Proficiency with the use of tools like Canva- Skilled in with photography and video productionApplication deadline20th September 11:59 PM (IST)Pay ScaleBased on experience, between INR 7-12 Lakhs per annum.
