Position Details

Role: Saviynt Support Engineer (L3)

Location: Bengaluru (Work Location)

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support and implementation expertise for Saviynt IGA solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and critical incidents.- Develop, customize, and support Saviynt workflows, forms, and integrations.- Collaborate with global teams and customer stakeholders.- Support access reviews, certifications, provisioning, and governance processes.- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Saviynt IGA development, implementation, or support.- Minimum 2 years of hands-on L3 Support experience in Saviynt.- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including:- Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML)- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)- Provisioning & Access Governance- Excellent knowledge of Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML,



and scripting languages.- Hands-on experience with Access Reviews and Certifications in Saviynt.- Strong Java debugging and troubleshooting skills.- Good understanding of LDAP concepts and directory services.- Experience with Saviynt workflows, forms, and other platform components.- Exposure to application/web servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.- Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience.- Ability to work effectively under pressure during critical incidents.- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
