Sweet Chilli Sauce – fresh red chillies & garlic

Chilli Mustard Sauce – mustard, vinegar & spices

Pumpkin Papaya Spread – papaya, pumpkin & jaggery

With an emerging presence across D2C, Amazon, and Quick Commerce, Betty Bee’s is now entering its next phase:

BUILDING A STRONG, SCALABLE SALES & DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS.

And we are looking for the person who can build it.

We are looking for an FMCG Sales Builder who can take a differentiated food brand into new markets and turn chance into sustainable sales.

You will be expected to:

Identify markets → Appoint distributors → Open outlets → Drive secondary sales → Build relationships → Expand territories → Build the sales team → Deliver growth

You will have significant ownership in shaping where and how Betty Bee’s grows.

BUILDER MENTALITY — NON-NEGOTIABLE

You are the person we want if you:

- Have built markets, not merely maintained established territories- Have appointed and developed distributors- Know how to acquire and expand retail outlets- Take ownership of the number- Are comfortable working in the field- Can operate with limited resources and build systems as you grow- Solve problems rather than wait for instructions- Understand margins, schemes, collections, and distributor economics- Have the entrepreneurial drive to build Betty Bee’s as if it were your own business

HANDS-ON FMCG EXPERIENCE — ESSENTIAL

You should have strong practical experience in:





- Area / Territory Sales | Distributor Management | General Trade | Retail Expansion | Beat Planning | Primary & Secondary Sales | Market Development | Collections | Trade Margins & Schemes | Merchandising | Field-Team Management- Experience in Food & Beverage, Packaged Foods, Sauces & Condiments, Spreads & Jams, Gourmet Foods or Premium FMCG will be particularly relevant.- Experience with a young, challenger or emerging FMCG brand is an advantage.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Market Expansion

- Identify and develop high-potential territories.- Distribution- Build a productive distributor network—not simply a large one.- Retail- Drive outlet acquisition, coverage, and repeat movement.- Channel Growth- Develop relevant opportunities across General Trade, Premium/Gourmet Retail, Modern Trade, HORECA, Institutional Sales, D2C, Marketplaces and Quick Commerce.- Sales Performance- Own revenue, primary & secondary sales, margins, collections, and commercial discipline.

Team Building

As the business scales, build and lead a high-performing field-sales team.

- You won't simply be measured by monthly sales.- You will be measured by what you build:- Markets → Distributors → Outlets → Sales → Repeat Business → Team → Scalable Distribution- The ultimate goal is to create a repeatable sales engine that can grow without day-to-day dependence on the Founder.
