We are looking for a Banca Officer to drive insurance sales through bank branches and build strong relationships with bank partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches.- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff.- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.- Conduct customer meetings and follow up on leads.- Coordinate with branch teams for lead generation and conversions.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of BFSI/Insurance Sales experience.- Graduation is mandatory.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Solid sales and relationship-building skills.- Candidates with banca or life insurance experience will be preferred.
