Job Title: Assistant Manager - PMORole: Project ManagementDepartment: PMO/Process ExcellenceRole Scope: GlobalLocation: Mohali, IndiaSupervisor Title: Delivery Leader, Process ExcellenceLast Revised: Sept 2026Job Summary :Greystar-India's Process Excellence team is transforming how Finance & Accounting operates globally — across property and investment accounting, AP/AR, contracts and audits, budgeting, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and FP&A; — by building, scaling, and automating, and embedding AI wherever it strengthens the business.What You Will do -Partner with global Finance & Accounting stakeholders (US, Europe, APAC) and India Service Delivery teams to discover and articulate business problems before any solution is designed.Run discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and stakeholder interviews to map as-is processes, pain points, data flows, and root causes – not just surface symptoms.Make a first-pass call on the right intervention – process re-design, Six Sigma, custom application, RPA, OCR, LLM/GenAI, API integration, analytics, or a combination – then validate and refine it with Delivery Leader, improving your accuracy with every engagement.Author BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps (as-is/to-be), data flow diagrams, RACI matrices, and acceptance criteria.Prepare cost-benefit analyses, business cases, and ROI projections – investment, savings, payback, intangible benefits, and riskSupport change management and end-user enablement – training material, communications, runbooks, and post-go-live adoption tracking.Build a repository of reusable artefacts – taxonomies, BRD templates, test case libraries,



decision trees – so the tools and templates matures with every engagement.Who You AreAn exceptional communicator – written and verbal, structured and warm.Genuinely inquisitive and patient. You keep asking “but why” until you find the real problem, and you know great requirements emerge over time, not in one meeting.Passionate about Finance & Accounting (and adjacent workstreams like IT Service Desk, HR) – the mechanics of accruals, sub-ledgers, and month-end close genuinely interest you.Outcome-oriented and culturally fluent across US, European, and APAC stakeholders, with the confidence to push back and the humility to defer when the situation calls for it – and a continuous learner who tracks AI and Real Estate trends because you find them fascinating.What You HaveBachelor’s degree in related discipline7+ years as a project Management (10+ preferred), Business AnalysisDeep, hands-on knowledge of F&A; processes (AP, AR, contracts, budgeting, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, FP&A;); direct F&A; work experience is a solid plus.Knowledge of US/European Real Estate – property and investment accounting, SPVs, consolidations, AUM, Yardi or equivalent ERP – is a strong advantage, not mandatory.Transformation with measurable outcomes, plus a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt with real, completed projects.Proven ability to write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps engineering teams can build against without ambiguity, plus hands-on UAT and cost-benefit/business case experience.Comfort with Visio/Lucidchart, Excel, JIRA, Confluence/SharePoint, and Power BI; familiarity with Agile/Scrum and waterfall/hybrid delivery. Exceptional written and verbal English and proven success across US, European, and APAC time zones. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are a plus.PMP preferred
