We are high-tier regional partners for industry-leading platforms, including Oracle NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Jedox. To power the expansion of our EPM business line (Jedox), we are looking for an experienced Jedox EPM Functional Consultant to join our team.Please note: Hands-on Jedox implementation experience (minimum 3 years) is a mandatory requirement for this role. Applications without this experience will not be considered.About The RoleThis is a Jedox-focused functional consulting role. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in financial or multidimensional modeling and the ability to bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical execution. As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Jedox EPM solutions, maintaining a healthy balance between client-facing advisory (requirements gathering, functional consulting, and training) and hands-on system configuration (implementation). Operating under the guidance of a Project Manager, you will work on the Jedox platform to deliver high-impact solutions for clients across Southeast Asia. This is a dynamic role where your technical expertise directly contributes to successful project go-lives and client transformation.Note on Working Arrangement: This role is a remote position. Candidates should be comfortable working fully remotely and be able to maintain reasonable working-hour overlap with Southeast Asia business hours (SG/KL timezone, GMT+8 ) to support client-facing sessions. On site visit might be required on demand based on the specific project requirements.Note on the employment type: this role will start with a one year contract, with the possibility to be converted into permanent role after the contract endsResponsibilitiesWork with clients to understand their current planning processes and take a consultative approach to migrating legacy models into Jedox.Leverage your expertise to recommend the best Jedox-based solution based on the client's requirements, budget, and time frame,
with the flexibility to adapt scope as additional needs are identified.Guide the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the customer's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.Build, configure, and troubleshoot complex Jedox EPM models, ensuring high data accuracy and system integrity.Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of Jedox features and functionality, including new releases and best-practice design patterns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration between Jedox and external systems (ERP, Data Warehouse, HCM, BI, etc.).Apply hands-on experience with system integrations and API development to support complex implementation needs.Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Jedox.Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team, and your Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.Develop training materials and conduct workshops to empower end-users and ensure long-term system adoption.Assist with pre-sales activities by attending sales calls and performing solution demos as a Jedox subject matter expert.Partner with Solutions Architects to review Statements of Work (SOWs) for accurate scoping, timelines, and resource allocation.Actively participate in internal update training and knowledge-sharing to develop skills across the wider team.Bring project management experience within SaaS implementation environments.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, IT, Economics, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience (such as CPA, ACCA, etc.) will also be considered.Minimum 3 years of hands-on, direct Jedox implementation and solution design experience,
specifically covering FP&A; and/or Financial Consolidation solutions. Jedox 399 certification is a must to have.Broad background in FP&A;, Corporate Performance Management (CPM/EPM), BI, or ERP systems.Strong proficiency in MS Excel (required), along with knowledge of SQL or experience with multidimensional modeling/OLAP cubes.Knowledge of system integration design and related data/coding is preferred. Experience with JavaScript, source system integrations, API development, and ETL will be an added advantage.Foundational knowledge of accounting, finance, consolidation, management reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting, and budgeting is essential.Understanding of process automation and enhancement using AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT would be an added advantage.Strong problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to troubleshoot technical system issues and maintain high data accuracy and integrityOther RequirementsPrior experience in technology or business consulting is strongly preferred, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Prior functional consulting experience within a Big 4 firm (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte), a GSI technology consulting firm (Accenture, etc.), or a specialized EPM partner is highly preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to lead discussions comfortably in both live and remote customer environments.Proven ability to manage client expectations and maintain skilled relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Strong capability in PowerPoint, with the ability to structure and deliver clear, professional presentations and training programs to end-users.Experience developing and delivering training programs in related subject matter expertise areas (e.g., Scrum training, solution design, development best practices).Strong, proven project management (Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent experience) and leadership skills, with a track record of implementing large-scale, complex projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Available to work as a remote resource, with the flexibility to align working hours with Southeast Asia client time zones as needed.
