Provider Licensing Specialist

Experience: 2–5 Years | Department: Credentialing & Provider Enrollment

Job Summary

We are looking for a Provider Licensing Specialist with experience in U.S.

healthcare provider licensing and credentialing. The role will manage state licensing

applications, renewals, follow-ups, and documentation for healthcare providers

across multiple U.S. states.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end provider state licensing and renewal applications.
- Research and maintain knowledge of state-specific licensing requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit licensing applications and supporting documents.
- Follow up with state licensing boards and resolve application deficiencies.
- Track applications, license status, and expiration dates.
- Coordinate with providers and internal credentialing teams for required

documentation.

Maintain accurate licensing records and ensure timely renewals.





Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in U.S. provider licensing/credentialing.
- Experience working with state medical/professional licensing boards.
- Strong knowledge of licensing applications and renewal processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of CAQH, FCVS, FSMB, Nursys, and state licensing portals is a

plus.
