Call non users for training and resolving issues.2. Create Training videos and user guides.3. Conduct webinar’s and online training’s4. Handle customers support calls5. Coordinate with the product team to resolve bugs and issuesSkills needed1. Valuable English communication both written and oralExperienceFreshiers are ok.
