We are an Automobile Software Company and are looking to hire Customer Success Executives to do product onboarding and support for our Software ProductResponsibilities 1. Call non users for training and resolving issues.2. Create Training videos and user guides.3. Conduct webinar’s and online training’s4. Handle customers support calls5. Coordinate with the product team to resolve bugs and issuesSkills needed1. Positive English communication both written and oralExperienceFreshiers are ok.
