Job Title: Digital Transformation & Modernization

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: CIO

Role Purpose: To lead enterprise-wide transformation and modernization initiatives across core platforms including iTopaz, iTariff, Intellihub, and enterprise integrations. The role will drive end-to-end delivery, ensure business continuity, and enable scalable, future-ready architecture while maximizing user adoption and business value. Drive delivery and ownership of business systems for ECU's global LCL operations. This role acts as a bridge between Operations, IT, and Leadership, bringing strong LCL domain understanding to translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own delivery, stability, and enhancements of core platforms (TMS, MDM, Finance, integrations)
- Work closely with operations and commercial teams to translate business needs into system solutions
- Design and implement solutions for LCL workflows—consolidation, routing, costing, invoicing, exception handling




- Evaluate complex business and customer requirements; conduct feasibility and drive solution approach
- Ensure disciplined execution, release management, and production support
- Lead and build a strong team across delivery, BA, and support functions
- Drive improvements in data quality, process standardization, and user adoption

What We're Looking For

- 15+ years of experience in IT delivery / enterprise applications
- Robust LCL domain expertise (must-have)
- Experience in logistics / freight forwarding / NVOCC environment
- Hands-on experience with TMS and integrated systems
- Strong business analysis and solutioning capability, including feasibility assessment
- Proven experience managing stakeholders across operations and leadership
- Track record of leading teams and delivering global programs
