taking their career into their own hands.DIVERSITY & INCLUSIONWe believe that diversity of people and perspective gives us a competitive advantage.MAKE AN IMPACTRequirements:Job Title: Senior Analyst-RMGLocation: BangaloreExperience: 4-6 yearsJob ResponsibilitiesBench management: Deploying resources within and outside of cluster at organization level with minimum turnaround timeAssist resource & bench management practices to optimize resource planning and utilization reducing project risks and billing loss.Will be required to do Demand forecast & Resource Fulfilment, Bench Management and Resource connect, Talent Planning and Buffer Management, tracking billing, deployment, and attrition trends creating meaningful reports and insight for the management teams.Will also be responsible for maintaining employee skill database, timesheet compliance, and Bench/Current joiners’ induction, understand current gaps to arrive at organizations re-skilling and up-skilling requirements.Creating and logging the requirement status request in RMG tool for tracking and sourcing profiles internally and coordinating with recruitment team for sourcing profiles externally.Holding weekly calls with the Portfolio Leads on demand fulfillmentProviding the sourcing strategy within defined SLAs along with validating the demands and Updating the criticality of demandsKey Skills and CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent knowledge of MS tools especially MS excel (advanced level of expertise is a must) to generate meaningful and timely reports.Able to understand and analyze data to arrive at insights.
