The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong corporate partnerships and creating quality career opportunities for students.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Relations & Business DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters, HR professionals, and industry leaders.Identify and develop new corporate partnerships and placement opportunities.Expand the university's corporate network across diverse industries.Negotiate and manage corporate tie-ups, MoUs, and long-term relationships.Placement Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute the annual placement strategy and recruitment calendar.Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, assessments, and selection processes.Ensure strong participation from reputed companies across sectors.Track placement performance, offers, CTCs, and recruiter feedback.Internships & Industry ProjectsDevelop internship opportunities and industry projects for students.Build relationships with companies for live projects, internships, and pre-placement opportunities.Ensure proper coordination between students, companies, and internal teams.Student–Industry EngagementUnderstand industry requirements and align student skills with corporate expectations.Organize pre-placement talks, industry interactions, guest sessions, workshops,



and career events.Support students with industry readiness, interview preparation, and professional development.Alumni & Industry EngagementLeverage alumni networks to generate placement and internship opportunities.Maintain regular engagement with industry professionals, recruiters, and alumni.Placement Data & ReportingMaintain accurate and updated placement databases and recruiter records.Prepare regular placement reports, MIS, and management dashboards.Track key metrics including placement percentage, average CTC, highest CTC, internships, recruiters, and corporate engagements.Qualifications & ExperienceMBA/PGDM/Master's degree in HR, Marketing, Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate relations, campus placements, recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, or industry-academia relations.Strong corporate network and proven experience in building recruiter relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of active and new corporate recruiters.Placement percentage and quality of placements.Average and highest CTC.Internship and pre-placement opportunities.New corporate partnerships and industry tie-ups.Recruiter retention and repeat participation.Industry engagement and alumni-driven opportunities.Accuracy and timely reporting of placement data.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be well-connected with the corporate sector, highly proactive, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term industry relationships.
