The role requires end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Data Center Migration, End User Computing (EUC), Asset Lifecycle Management, and Service Transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project/program lifecycle from planning to closureSupport delivery o f IT transition initiatives including cloud and data center migrationCoordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, infrastructure, operations, vendor)Track project timelines, milestones, and dependenciesManage risks, issues, and mitigation planDrive regular reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updateMonitor budgets and support financial tracking (P&L;, cost control)Ensure alignment with delive ry frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/ITIL)Maintain project documentation and governance standardTransition & Transformation DeliveryLead and deliver Infrastructure Transition and Transformation programs across enterprise environments.Drive strategic initiatives including:Infrastructure ModernizationCloud MigrationData Center MigrationWorkplace Services TransformationService Desk TransformationEnd User Computing (EUC) TransformationManage transition activities including knowledge transfer, service readiness, operational acceptance, cutover planning,
